At Spec-Co, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Changing your mind

If you purchase online as a consumer in the UK, you generally have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items should be in a condition suitable for inspection. You may be responsible for the direct return postage costs for change-of-mind returns, provided this was explained before purchase.

Faulty or damaged items

If your paintbrushes arrive damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be made to your original payment method. Where required by law, we will refund applicable delivery charges.

Please contact us before returning your order. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.
